Text is an important part of the visual or oral presentation. Here are some ways you can add and display text in your presentations.


Introduction


It is very important that you add text in the introduction. You cannot just start your presentation without any text. Visual aids help in presentation, but it is extremely important to add text in the introduction so that your listeners get a clear view on what you are going to explain next.


You can add text in the beginning by mentioning the title or topic of your presentation. You can do so by displaying the title of the presentation. This gives your presentation a very formal beginning and a good impression. Other than that, you can add text to explain the specific structure of your presentation. On the other hand, you can also display the text to mention meanings and definitions of certain technical terms that you will be using throughout the presentation. Another great way to display text in the introduction of your presentation is to highlight the main questions that you will be giving answers to.

Text is a necessary element in a presentation throughout. This is because it gives important information to the audience. When you are done introducing the topic, it is time to move forward to the main points. You can use text to highlight the main points of your presentation along with relevant images to keep it interesting. The technical information of your presentation can be supported by the text. You will also have to link certain points together with the help of text. If you have any research collected to support your idea, you will have to display that with text as well.
