Writing Composition Worksheets

When we are focused on composition, we are looking at many different facets of a writing piece. The overall essence is that we are looking at the structure of the piece. What is the purpose and what is the author attempting to do? To gauge the success of a piece we then look at if the author was able to achieve their inferred goal. This is why writing is more of an art then a science because it highly open to interpretation. The writer may have been going in one direction, while their audience sees something else within it. This selection of worksheets will help students focus on creating new forms of their own composition as well as helping them to understand the needed mechanics. You will get an opportunity to share your thoughts with your classmates and teachers.
