Expressing our opinion may be easy with the spoken word, but when you try to make a solid argument in writing it takes a bit more thought. The most difficult part of writing opinion pieces is the fact gathering stage. Kindergartners usually have a tough time with this step. I often tell students to make sure they have two different pieces of evidence before they start to write. This series of worksheets will help students start to pen their opinions in response to a writing prompt.
