While this may seem like a very basic exercise that helps students learn to count in a mathematical sense, connect the dot worksheets are a pivotal piece of communication and ultimately language. Students that learn to follow sequences and rules have a much easier time grasping the concept of letters and the order that they are presented as in the alphabet.
